Run it as your own AI academy.
From AI-afraid to AI-native, for everyone from people who've never opened a chat window to people who ship AI tools.Run it self-paced, in person or live online, under your own brand if you like, with your permitted models and tools and classes shaped to each function and role.
Anybody can start. Nobody gets left behind.
Every learner starts where they are. Each stage ends with work they'll keep using, so stopping early still pays off.
- 01
AI-afraid
Hasn't used it, or tried it once and stopped.Worried about getting it wrong, or about what it means for their job.
The starting point, before any class
- 02
Curious
Solves a real problem in the first session.Learns how the models work, where they fail, and how to push back.
Basecamp, first Foundations classes
- 03
Confident
Uses AI every day with reusable prompts and custom assistants, inside the rules the company already has.
Basecamp, Foundations complete
- 04
Operator
Automates the repetitive parts of the job and connects AI to the systems where the work actually lives.
Basecamp, Practitioner, then The Ascent
- 05
AI-native
Designs work with AI from the start.Builds and ships tools other people use, with governance built in.

A half-day for your leadership team.
Four hours, on site or live online, run against your company's own AI tools. Before it, we hold short discovery interviews with the people in the room.
Fixed fee, credited against a rollout.
Three ways to run it.
Same curriculum, same outcomes.Mix them by team: self-paced for the wider company, live classes for the people leading the change.
Each class takes 60 minutes or 2 hours.Basecamp is 14 hours, The Ascent is 12 hours, The Summit is 8 hours.
Live classes are taught by Andrew Phillips or a qualified Alpine coach.Andrew is the founder of Alpine Systems, with twenty years building revenue systems, and builds with AI every day.
AI-guided self-learning
Learners work through interactive classes at their own pace, with an AI guide that answers questions and adapts examples to their industry.Good for large rollouts and people who learn best alone.
Instructor-led, on site
An instructor runs each class in the room.Learners drive, the instructor rides shotgun.Every session ends with a finished piece of real work.Good for leadership teams and departments that learn together.
Instructor-led, live online
The same live classes over video, for distributed teams.Small groups, cameras on, screens shared.Good for teams spread across offices and time zones.
What you can see
We can provide completion and progress reports for your team on request.
After the classes
Regular office hours after classes.
Your academy, not ours.
The whole academy can run under your name.Everything below is set per company, and learners only ever see your version.
| Setting | What it is | How it shows up for learners |
|---|---|---|
| 01Branding | What it is Company name, academy name, logo and colors. | How it shows up for learners Learners see your academy on every page.Alpine Academy doesn't appear anywhere. |
| 02Permitted models | What it is The list of models your staff are allowed to use. | How it shows up for learners Classes teach with those models and nothing else. The list is visible to learners. |
| 03Approved AI tools | What it is The tools you license, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Gemini, plus automation tools like Power Automate or Zapier. | How it shows up for learners Every class names your tools.Classes that need a tool you don't have are removed. |
| 04Role examples | What it is Examples and tasks written for each function, from Finance to Operations to HR. | How it shows up for learners Learners pick their role once.Every class then shows examples from that role's real work. |
| 05Industry risk themes | What it is The AI risks that matter in your industry, such as client data, regulated communications, model risk and audit trails. | How it shows up for learners Each theme sits next to the classes it affects, so learners meet the rule at the moment it applies. |
| 06Your AI policy | What it is Your acceptable-use rules, written into each class. | How it shows up for learners Learners read the policy and tick that they have read it before each class. The tick is saved in the learner's own browser. We keep no central record of it, so tell us on the call if you need one for audit. |
| 07Delivery mode | What it is Self-paced, in person or live online, or a mix by team. | How it shows up for learners Each team gets the format that fits it.The classes and outcomes stay the same. |
How it gets built.
- 01
Scope
We map your roles, the tools and models you license, and the policies AI use has to follow.
- 02
Configure
We build your version of the academy and write the role examples and industry themes.
- 03
Review
Your team reads every word before anyone else sees it.Nothing goes live until you sign off.
- 04
Launch
Each company gets its own private link.Choose self-paced, instructor-led or a mix, by team.
Put your own numbers in.
Enter your headcount, the hours you think each person saves, and what an hour costs you.The table shows the arithmetic. For example, 200 people at 40% adoption is 80 people. At 2 hours a week for 46 weeks, that is 7,360 hours a year, worth $441,600 at $60 an hour.
| Result | Per year |
|---|---|
| Hours (people who adopt: 80) | 7,360 |
| Value | $441,600 |
hours per year = headcount x adoption rate x hours saved per week x working weeks
value per year = hours per year x loaded hourly cost
These figures come from your own assumptions. They are not Alpine Academy results, a forecast or a promise.
Common questions.
How much time does it take each week?
Each class takes 60 minutes or 2 hours.Basecamp is 14 hours, The Ascent is 12 hours, The Summit is 8 hours. You set the pace for each team.
Self-paced, in person or live online: what are the trade-offs?
Self-paced scales to a large group and fits any schedule, but learners work alone and finish at different times. In person gets a team learning together with an instructor in the room, but needs a room, a date and travel.Live online gives the live format to distributed teams, with smaller groups and shared screens. Many companies mix them: self-paced for the wider company, live classes for the people leading the change.
Is this for non-technical staff?
Yes, Alpine Academy is for non-technical staff.Basecamp is where most people start. It begins with a first conversation with AI and builds to a tool you trust for your own work.No coding and no technical background needed.
Can technical staff skip ahead?
Yes, technical staff can skip ahead.Engineers and analysts who already use AI can go straight to The Summit, where the work is building and deploying real tools with the CLI and SDKs.
How does a company academy get set up?
A company academy is set up in four steps.Scope: we map your roles, tools, models and policies.Configure: we build your version and write the role examples and industry themes.Review: your team reads every word before anyone else sees it.Launch: each company gets its own private link to share with staff.
What happens to our data?
Alpine Academy runs on Vercel and is served from the United States.Alpine Academy keeps no learner database. There are no accounts to create and no profiles stored on our side.We prepare completion and progress reports on request for teams that run the program. This is a service we provide, not a feature of the Alpine Academy site. When you fill in a form, your answers are sent to us by email. They are not written to a database.Full detail is on the Security page.
Which AI provider does the chat use?
Messages you type into the Alpine Academy chat are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.Anthropic processes them under its commercial API terms, which do not allow training its models on your data.
See it with your brand on it.
On the call we walk through a branded example built for a regulated firm.
