About this class

Every team has a queue: leads, tickets, invoices, applications, review requests.Build a flow that reads each item as it arrives, pulls out the key facts, scores it against your criteria, routes it to the right owner and drafts the reply.Anything a person must decide gets flagged, not guessed.
